Any ways to donate leftover points?

I have some leftover points, too few to make it worth paying to carry over. I called HGVC and asked if they still had the program where they take donated leftover points and use them to give vacations to military families. She said they no longer do that

Are there any other ways to donate leftover points, perhaps through a program offered by RCI?
