Any recent Manhattan Club Exchange into Studio?

I'm happy to have exchanged into 2 sequential Studio weeks at TMC for October.
I've read mostly positive reviews but they are mostly for 1 bedroom units.
Will our Studio for certain have a mini fridge, microwave and sink?

Older comments mention need to refurbish. Have all rooms been updated?

Is there a restaurant / bar on site?
 
Our stay was 3 years ago, but yes to mini fridge, microwave, and sink. And a small table. Four of us were fine in a studio.
Room was clean, bathroom was larger than expected.

No restaurant/bar, but there was a nice lounge on upper floor that was great for arrival and departure day.

And the location was amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Recommend Nosh Bagels near Columbus Circle for breakfast - delicious bagel sandwiches.
