I am looking at exchanging in February. Seems to have what we want in outside activities but having a problem finding recent opinions on the timeshares themselves.

any recent experience with Blue Water Resort on Hilton Head

- A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
It's been 5 years for my last stay in April but I can't imagine that much has changed. What are your concerns?

Thanks for replying. I read a few reviews indicating that the units themselves were run down and the cleaning not up to par. Just looking for more responses. Sometimes people are angry over something and do negative reviews OR they may be true.

HGVC: Flamingo & Anderson Ocean Club
Vacation Village: Woodstone at Massanutten and Grandview (RCI Points) & the Colonies
Their activities look great and it is a place I would like to stay IF I ever do an HHI trip in non beach season. For me, it is on the wrong place on the island for a beach trip.
All I know there is an excellent seafood restaurant within a 1 1/2 miles from this resort, with a waterfront view.
More like 200 yards away for Skull Creek Boathouse and Dockside. Hudson's is next door to the resort.

Thanks for the correction, we have not stayed at this resort.
It's a very pretty setting. I've not stayed there either, but from Hudson's outdoor section you can see the edge of the property and where you can take kayaks out. Looks like a great option for a water oriented resort.
