Any owner promos for Mayan Sea Garden

I noticed in the new classified section there is no area for owner promos.

I am looking to get into a resort in Mazatlan in Feb. and wondered if any tuggers own at the Mayan Sea Garden or other resort. ( I know Feb. is a busy time there )
I own at the El Cid Marina and have one week already booked there. ( I think I can book a second week if I pay another maintenance fee )
However, I am looking for a deal on another week at a different resort ( just to add a little variety to my vacation ).
If you have any details let me know.
