Any new places to eat in Cabo to recommend?

Did I read that senor sweets moved? Where did they go? Any new restaurants to recommend?
Senor Sweets moved over to the left of the Harley Davidson Cafe--still on the marina, but now to the left of the corner entrance to the mall instead of being to the right of that entrance. They weren't open in August, but may be open now in the new location.

These are not necessarily new but we will return to all 3 next time we are in Cabo

Villa Serena
Misiones de Kino
Cascadas Beach Grill

Misiones De Kino

Barbeque--I agree with your post that a visit to Misiones De Kino should be on your list of places to dine. We went there with our Mahi Mahi catch and were treated to one of the most appealing looking and tasting meals we could have hoped for. This was our first visit to Cabo and we are looking forward to returning to Misiones De Kino on our anticipated returns.

Cabo Restaurants

We just got back from Cabo last week and ate a couple of times at Los Deseos restaurant at the marina. Nothing fancy and not that expensive. The flaming tequila 3 cheese dip was pretty good, so was the chimichanga. I just told them how I wanted everything fixed, no problem. Anyone else have an opinion of this place or were we just lucky?

We just got back and Senor Sweet's is still not open. Restaurants we enjoyed were: La Golondrina, Villa Serena, La Fonda, Pancho's, Rafael's, Ole Ole, Solomon's, Marisco's Matzatlan, and O Mole Mio. We got the vouchers from www.loscabosguide.com to get a 35% discount at most of them. None of them are what I would consider to be new but the food is great.

We liked the Crazy Lobster - very casual, and very tasty. I think it's also known as "Langosto Loco"

The sign at Senor Sweets says it is opening in November but It didn't look like they would make it when we left. The dessert cases were inside but there was still some scaffolding set up inside when we were by there on
11/21.

Sitting on my balcony right now on Medano Beach. Senor Sweets was still not opened this evening during my stroll. Looks like it is getting closer everyday.
Did have dinner tonight at Alcaravea is on the corner of 15 of September and Zaragoza. Nothing fancy, but excellent Italian food. Read about the place in the Gringo Gazette. The pasta with Alfredo sauce was the best alfredo I have ever tasted.

Lucky You which timeshare???

The Cascadas Beach Grill is on the Medano Beach also.
We had some fish (I think it was seabass) in a cheese sauce and chiles that was some of the best fish we have ever had.
It cant be too far of a walk from anywhere on Medano Beach. I tried to get my wife to go there and try it for a few years (She kept saying no I dont want to try it) and we finally did our last trip and we ended up eating there twice.

BBQ

I also tried it last year and will be going back in February when we return to Cabo. Also would like to try La Fonda as I have heard that it is very good.

Nazclk

La Fonda has something to do with the Solmar Group. I think I remember the head of La Fonda had been at the Sea Queen previously which we really liked. We like all the off site restaurants for Solmar, Romeo and Julieta and The Galeon. I dont know if the Sea Queen is still open. They used to own Las Palmas on Medano Beach also.
