Any information about Grand Luxxe Residence Club or Monarch Grand Vacations - Cabo Az

- A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
I had a few questions about exchanging into the grand luxxe too. Have most exchangers been put in the villas or the suites? I can't tell which are which in II. Also does anyone know how much the kids club cost per day for exchangers? Thanks.
My guess is the suites, not the villas. I got a 2 bedroom suite from II for next August. I believe the villas are at the corners, and are 3 bedrooms. Did you see any 3 bedroom units available on II?

The Grand Luxxe units are not yet complete, and will not be done for several months. I believe that they are being built north of San Jose del Cabo, but not certain of that.
Cabo Azul is very nice and is where we will be spending Christmas this year. I am not aware of any three bedroom units at either resort and we own both. We spent Labor Day at the Grand Luxxe in Nuevo Vallarta and found the unit to be quite large for the two of us.
