Any info or feedback re: selling timeshare?

We own a timeshare week and are thinking of selling to a family that has rented it from us in the past. Any feedback, advice, info from anyone who has sold a timeshare from the royal group would be greatly appreciated! Do they have a simple transfer policy or do we have to go thru closing, etc. What is average fee, is it a % of sale price or flat fee? Sorry to sound ignorant, but so far we have only purchased - never sold. Thank you

welcome to TUG. I would recommend starting your information gathering process by reading the "how to sell your timeshare" article at the top of this forum, it will answer most all of your introductory questions! people here will be happy to help out with any specific details after that!
 
With all due respect, why don't you ask THEM directly about their own transfer policy? This would seem (to me, anyhow) to be the most direct approach -- the shortest distance between two points, as it were...
