RCI Points at various locations and a dual affiliate which I trade with Interval
Read in a facebook page they had a $4,000 week assessment after years of sub $500 mfees. I just want to know what the justification was.
 
Is this the property at North Redington Beach in Florida?

If so, it may have something to do with the new Florida condo law which goes into full effect in December of 2024. That new law says properties must be put into shape with reserves fully funded to avoid a building collapse like that which occurred back in 2021 on June 24th (Surfside Condo). Anticipate higher fees in 2023 and 2024 in order to be in compliance with the new law........
