I'm new to the forums and have read "How to sell your timeshare". I've been getting calls from Resales Buy Owner, 1700 South Ridgewood Ave., South Daytona, FL 32119. Just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with them?

Any feedback about Resales Buy Owner?

Any time I have seen any feeback about them, it has been bad(ie. not good)

Welcome to TUG! 
There is a simple test : Do they charge more than a modest listing fee? (Under $50?) If the answer is "Yes," then they are in the business of selling ADVERTISING, not timeshares! Once they have sold you advertising, they will have no interest in selling your timeshare, because they already have your money!

Resales Buy Owner
Thanks so much for the info! This salesman was quite persistant - wanted $1000 up front, would give us a $300 gas card, 2 airline flights, and hotel! Came down to $300 the more we talked. Googled the owners name and found some negative ripoff reports. Appreciate the advise not to pay anything up front!
