I am thinking about buying a Wyndham TS on ebay and I was wondering if anybody had a chart of all the resort MF's. After reading lots of suggestions, I want to find a resort with low fees. When I calculate the fees on ebay, many of the resorts seem to have different fees. Thanks for your help.

Any 2008 Maintenance charts?

In the Wyndham Resort Owners Forum http://forums.atozed.com there is a spreadsheet posted that shows the maintenance fees for Wyndham Resorts from 1994 to 2008. It can be found in this subforum: Owner's Den....Fees Forum.....Maintenance Fees and Real Estate Tax. The MF's are current up to 2008, but most likely they have gone up for 2009. It's not an "official" Wyndham document, but it should give you an idea of the range in MF's for the Wyndham resorts. HTH

First of all, you need to be a registered user. It's free, you need to create a profile.
The "Owner's Den" is the second forum from the top, just below "The Lobby". In the Owner's Den", go to the bottom (Fees Forum) and click on subforum "Maintenance Fees and Real Estate Tax". Then click on this topic: "History - 1994 - 2008 Resort Maintenace Fees and SA". The first posting has an Excel spreadsheet which can be downloaded. Here is the link to that topic.
