So what is the actual scam? Do they ask you for an upfront commission?

I set a timer real quick. While doing so I quickly search for the name of any escrow company. I like to time how fast they hang up when I tell them what escrow company to deposit the funds with before I transfer the title. Typically it’s around one secondOn an unsolicited call to my phone, ANR Realty LLC offered $382,500.00 for my 3 Hilton Vacation Club deeded weeks. Should I take it?
