Ha ha ha.....

That person can still rescind...every state has a law about canceling a contract...I think its 3 days...

I rescinded a Florida TS fom a private seller, neither seller or buyer were located in Florida, Florida law still applied.

The rescission time period differs from state to state.
It can be anywhere between 3-10 days, but is typically 5 or 7 days.
