I need to find my 2026 Annual Assessment Statement.

Is it available online? I can't find anything other than the summary statement that comes out each month. I also can't find the one they snail mailed to me.

Who would be the best person inside Wyndham to get the annual statement mailed to me? I called a number and requested one, but, it sounded like it's being sent snail mail.

Thanks in advance..........

Go to my ownership, then go login to the payment portal.

In the Payment portal, select the statement history from the left navigation choices.

Find the one with Wyndham Vacation Resorts Member Payment # 000XXXXXXXX where the X's are your actual account number. The select the Continue at the bottom of the page.

Select the statement around Nov 29. It will be off your pattern of regular payment dates. That is your annual assessment.

You likely have the wrong account selected when prompted under Select An Account prior to viewing the statements. You'll need to choose the correct account to view the annual statement. Look for the account with a number that matches your actual Wyndham membership ID number within it - that should contain the annual statement dated 11/15/2025.

I only have one account. The problem is right there in my post. No accounts found

I have a payment history but no statement history. I tried adding an account where it says Add newAdd new
but the response was:

You have no account added to your profile.

I don't think it's a big thing. I get the document in the mail every year. Maybe I'll call the Wyndham financial people Monday. It's not the only discrepancy in my account. The two OIRC contracts haven't been removed yet so it shows I have five contracts instead of three.

I only have one account as well, but have no less than nine entries to choose from. Not sure why no account is showing up for you, but we all know the entire financial portal is somewhat unpredictable and often displays inaccurate data due to data integrity issues that run rampant across disparate systems.

You have to call them to fix it. A few years ago after I had a resale contract transfer in, it got all messed up. A phone call fixed it pretty easily.
