I purchased the end of September, got my recorded deed in less then one month and early December she told me the transfer was complete and gave me my contract number .

I waited three weeks and called Hilton to get my account number which is different from the contract number as they didn't send me anything. Everything went good as I already booked a week.

Keep in mind, the rofr went fast for me, it could take longer and the holidays could slow things down.

She is very efficient and exuded excellent customer service skills even though I received the unit free of charge!!

Just received a copy of my recorded deed today! It took less than 1 month!

Wow I just saw this. Thank you ladies. I try to transfer as fast as I can but sometimes as Elena saw there are hiccups but we got it worked out in the end and I even promised her I would find her the next transfer she is wanting.
