Angel Fire Resort New Mexico Trasnfer and deedback option.

Hi there!
Does anyone know whether Angel Fire Resort memberships can be transferred to someone else, and what the requirements or fees might be? I called the resort, and they said they would call me back, but I wanted to ask here in case someone already has this information.

Alternatively, does anyone know if the resort is currently accepting deed-backs for timeshares?
