The United States Postal Service is the most trusted brand in America, according to a Morning Consult study.

The USPS earned the top spot for Generation X and Baby Boomers, but data showed Google was the most trusted brand among Gen Z and millennials.

Perhaps, however I've found that customer satisfaction and/or service has eroded so much at U.S.P.S.

And I thought it was Smith & Wesson, Ruger or Beretta, lol.

Bill

For me, the most trusted brand is Kleenex. It doesn't come apart in the washer if you leave one in a pocket.
Not my experience with Kleenex, lol. When they get left in pockets I'm forever picking up little pieces.

The brand I trust the most is a toss up between Charmin & Quilted Northern.
Anything I use down there had better be damn trustworthy.

Are you sure it's Kleenex brand? I had that experience with 'brand X' but Kleenex stayed together. I was doing Mom's laundry when she was in assisted living, and this was my takeaway.

Southwest / Costco / Hilton (I believe the Coronavirus response revealed a few winners who stood by their customers.)

Would never have guessed USPS.

Well, let's see. On the outside of the box it says...Kleenex.

Maybe it's the dryer, not the washer, that shreds them. ;)

I sure do not understand how the USPS was #1! It takes forever to get mail where I live. I mailed a birthday card to my aunt 5 days before her birthday and she got it 3 days after her birthday. :( It should not take 8 days for a card to get from Phoenix to Memphis.

We mailed three letters first class to Charlotte, NC on June 1, 2020.
Guess what the receiver still have not their mail as 4:30PM June 29,2020. Plus we have not received any mail from the USPS since last Friday..

Something is Wrong,

Non-delivery is usually due to transposed address #'s by the letter writer.
You can sign up for "Informed Delivery" for a preview of what's coming.

OTOH, our neighborhood post office will be closing in September.
They said deliveries will come from the main office and take longer.
The employees are losing their jobs. It's due to $$-losses.

IMHO, cutting Saturday deliveries would make far more sense.

We signed up for "Informed Delivery" years ago. This is how we know. We have missing mail. I will make a trip to our local post office tomorrow that open at 10:00AM to noon and from 1:00PN to 4:00PM.

Well the #1Tusted Brand in America just delivery our mail from Saturday and Today @ 7:42PM.

The USPS have up to 8PM to deliver your daily mail. This is for your information.

@amycurl Seriously funny. Don't let your Zoomer see that hashtag. I have been told that "only old people use hashtags".

I'm an old person and I don't use hashtags. Well, I do use one, but I can't post it here.

Oh, you should see the eye roll when I use the phrase "totes obvs." ;)
