The one bedroom side of the lock-off is very nice. much better then the normal one bedroom deluxe, which feels very cramped. The MF's are based on square footage, which is terrific.

Yeah, I think a great feature is that if you split it up, no matter which side you take you get a balcony. For almost the same MF.

I think you should be able to break-even on your MFs by renting this unit (by splitting into 2) and beating the competition who are trying to rent out at a much higher rate (because they paid $25-$30K for similar unit in Silver Season). You can probably get additional accomodation certificates from II if you deposit your units (again 2 deposits may get you 4 exchanges, not bad again). Plus you can use it often since this is your preferred season.
