Alpha Timeshare Consultants

It is unlikely you will be able to find someone willing to take it with a $3000 special assessment coming up. You may have to really put some ice cream on that offer.
Alternatively, if Wyndham does not want a deed back and you are unable to pay and keep using the unit, then you may have reached the point of just letting it break. Stop paying for it and deal with anything that may come. It isn't the end of the world, don't go spending more money and end up at the same spot.
The $3000 assessment made a decision for us to get rid of it after 43 years and we are in mid 70's and not too worried about credit etc... Thank you

I did list it for free here , it is a Wyndham Inn on the Harbor owned for 43 years and now a $3000 renovation assessment . No exit for a deeded float week
Did you get a letter in the mail about this special assessment? I don't see other owners complaining about a special assessment. Maybe this is untrue?

Maybe the special assessment letter was sent by Alpha Timeshare Consultants. I wouldn't put it past some of these shysters timeshare exit firms to send fake assessment letters.

Yes first payment due July 1st and second January 2nd 2026 .
Spoke with a few exit companies and they mentioned the assignment.

Anyone have knowledge of Alpha Timeshare Consultants , good or bad ?
Based solely on their name I can tell you with 100 percent certainty they are a scam.

appears you have caught the attention of this company with your posts about them!

they claim RX8 is discrediting them in efforts to get people to use HIS exit company instead! lol

I just noticed @RX8 's new "title". Excellent! and thank you for all you do!

To summarize,
@vavolotis
Wyndham Inn on the Harbor
Newport, Rhode Island
There is now a special assessment of $3000, due in two installments.
