Alii Kai II and Grand Pacific Resorts are getting divorced and will part ways in 2016. I don't have any other details.

Wow, I thought that was going pretty well. Guess not.
 
Alii Kai II is not happy with Grand Pacific.

After our September experience with a Grand Pacific Property in Canada neither am I.

Their Canadian property was one notch above Coco Palms.:hysterical:


Alii Kai II as managed by Grand Pacific has been completely refurbished and is very luxurious, Stainless appliances, granite countertops, glass kitchen table, art work, all new furniture, all new hand carved bedroom furniture, flat screen hang on the wall SamSun smart TV's in living room, and both bedrooms, self closing drawers in kitchen, etc.

I wonder if there will be any progress on the Coco Palms before I get there
At the end of February.
 
As of 12/10/15 I haven't got the 2016 MF's from Grand Pacific for Alii Kai II.

Perhaps we will be receiving them from some other entity who knows when? I believe in business schools they call that Mushroom Management.

Wouldn't it be nice if the owners knew what was going on??:mad:

As of 12/11 here is the latest non information on the 2016 maintenance fees: "The accountant is working on them. They should be coming out soon. Don't know if they will go up, down, or stay the same. Don't know if Grand Pacific will be sending them or if the accountant will be sending them. Pretty sure Donald Trump won't be paying the owners fees for 2016" :
