It is prob worse than that. In many (most?) (all?) states, what is SAID in a RE sales pitch isn't considered a legal statement, so good luck holding anyone accountable. It is usually the LAW that only the WRITTEN material is a legal statement.
THis thread makes me want to go to a meeting so I can exercise my outrage muscles. So happens we will be in HHV in 2 wks but I will go 3 days early and spend 3 days at Hokulani alone. So, being there alone, If Oahu has a rainy AM during those 3 days, I could prob get into a SALES mtng all alone, aka no spouse.
I know there is a lady in the Embassy Suites who signs up mtngs for HHV. Anybody know if that will / won't work? Oh, and if I try it, what is the current offer for HHV mtngs?

True. There are a few who come on here and try to argue that they were promised something and claim they are going to sue to get it. Please.
