Anyone catch the opening episode of Alcatraz last night? DD and I liked it and are looking forward to next week. We visited San Francisco over the summer (stayed at Wyndham Cantebury, very nice) and it was fun to see things we saw on the show. We did not actually go to Alcatraz because it was all sold out, but we did get pretty close on our boat trip to Angel Island.
 
We DVRed it and watched tonight. Also enjoyed it and looking forward to next week and how they develop the storyline.
 
I liked it, let's see where it goes. Sci-fi possible time travel mixed with crime procedural.
As far as noone excaping, didn't someone make it and was never found?
Also, someone was picked up on a beach I think.
It can be done, I've the swim a few times and thousands do it each year.
