Age limit to check in a timeshare

Is there age limit for checking in timeshare? Hoping to have a gift certificate for graduation. How about interval trade?

It can vary by location, but 21 is the usual age.
This is the standard II wording.

Depending on the time of year and location, you might want to check with the resort. I have seen Spring Break destinations that require 25.
