We are taking our daughter and two boys ages 4 and 5 to PV the 1st week in May and will be spending the majority of time in the pool and at the beach. We will also walk the malecon but would like other suggestions maybe for a special outing. We were wondering about the Pirate Ship. Any comments on that or other suggestions greatly appreciated.. Ron

I get seasick so have never done the Pirate ship just seen the ship from land LOL.

I think your children might like the Vallarta Zoo in Mismaloya. YOu can go to trip Advisor and see many reviews and pics of it.....

I believe I have a review of Marina de Oro in PV on here dated March 7-14, 2009, I think I told about the zoo as well in that very long review.

The zoo is fun, interactive and not like most zoo's, quite unique. I even got to hold a lion cub. It is only 100 pesos per adult, not sure if differnt for kids, and 50 pesos for a bag of food to feed the animals.

Where are you staying in PV, at what hotel, resort, condo???

We have been staying at the Lindo Mar for a couple of years and love the seclusion and small beach. The Zoo idea souds great and the boys would love the bus trip. Thanks.
