Adding another helpful filter to Rental and Resale searches!

Has TUG considered adding a filter for "View" to the search function for Rentals and Resales? Being able to drill down to Ocean Front, Ocean View, Mountain View, Resort View, or Any View units would greatly improve the search specificity and efficiency. Thoughts???
