Add Interval reservation to Bonvoy App

I have two upcoming Interval stays. One booked using an AC and one booked as an exchange and I was able to add my Bonvoy number to both online by searching for the reservation with the confirmation number. It did take a couple days after I confirmed each before searching worked on Marriott.com. I have never tried to do it through the app.

Try sending an email to internet.customer.care@marriott-service.com and give them your name, address, Bonvoy number, date of stay, location of stay and request them to add this stay to your Bonvoy account. Some of the addresses have changed but this has always worked for me. If the confirmation number is an II stay then you should look at your confirmation and see if there is a Marriott number on that confirmation.

Correct about that last part. It does take at least an overnight job for the reservation to show up in your name on Marriott.com and be able to pull it up. Checking the same day you make an exchange or getaway booking won't work.
