Hi Tuggers
Just did a search for the direct sales prices for all 3 properties in NYC. I have taken some not all as there are too many entries. The data has been entered into a spreadsheet.
I have looked at all the entered contracts and it seems that the latest contract dates are from the 17th of may. The date before that was 3rd of may. If that means that Hilton has only been active selling at those dates I dont know - but it wouldn't make sense.
OTOH it would not make sense to put in a wrong date as contract date.
For the past 3 months I see a total of 1541 recorded deeds, too me thats shows that they are selling fairly well.
The entries 5250/3750 is because the contract does not state if it was either platinum or gold season. When you compare the prices my guestimate is that 5250 point platinum goes for approx $45.000 and 3750 points in gold season goes for $31.870
Another thing to add is that the direct prices is extremely high in NYC.
If anyone knows of a way to collect all data without needing to open all contracts to find points/unit size etc i'm all ears.
