Madge,

I've tried to speak w/someone in accounting, and was told, as you said, there is no way to do that.

I have a specific question over an irregularity that happened with an online search a few months back. No one could go over this with me on the phone. When I go over my cc statement, it looks wrong to me.

A VG said an itemized statement would be mailed to me showing specific dollar amounts and which transactions they were tied to, since I was requesting some detailed information. That was many weeks ago and I haven't received anything yet.

Do I need to take this up with feedback@RCI.com with TUG in the subject line? If not, where do I go?

Laurie,

I'm so sorry to hear about the wild goose chase. Our supervisors are capable of going over your transactions by telephone. By all means, send an e-mail to feedback@rci. We will even have some folks here on Friday and I know they'll make every effort to help you. A statement can still be prepared, but it can take 2 weeks or longer - they're prepared by hand. Chances are the Communications can figure it out.
