Access to association documents

I am considering purchasing a unit at Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas. Does anyone know if current association meeting minutes and current financial statements are available? I’d like to verify if there are any significant issues at the resort and see the status of the contingency fund for future upgrades and major maintenance. I’d like to avoid the surprise of a special assessment.

That is going to be a tough one - the financial statement that we receive with our MFs is pretty clean - and WKORV and WKORVN is run well (relatively).

Be aware however, that MFs have increased on average >10% per year for the last 3 years...
