All owners who are listing are verified, but that doesn't mean there aren't risks and some bad actors have scammed people out of money. But this isn't the fault of Vacation Point Exchange. I've rented points a few times without issue, though once I find an owner I have rented points from I go back to them again each year before trying to find someone new.
Does Hyatt allow for the transfer of Club Points between owners? If not, that is probably why no organic marketplace has sprung up.Is there an exchange site for Hyatt Vacation Club Owners?
The site is run by a long term member here who is reputable. They don't sell anything really, just connect people. It is up to you to decide who to transact with.
