AA miles about to expire...help please

Can anyone beat free?? Go to hotspex.com; take a survey; transfer the hotspex bonus bucks to AA miles on points.com. It is soooooooooooo easy to avoid expiration.

There are also emiles.com & erewards.com. You get points for taking surveys or looking at ads and then can redeem them for airline miles.

emiles-erewards

Exactly! I would have recommended them, but they take a while to accumulate and post. Hotspex will do the job in less than a week. With due diligence, miles should never expire. BTW I agree with Pat as well, there is nothing like having elite status to help you enjoy flying. Flying will never be what it used to be, but it doesn't have to be as bad as it is for many passengers.

Another site where you can get free airlines miles is at: www.emiles.com

Here is a little information on them:

For Members: e-Miles® Members can earn miles in minutes a day — simply for time spent viewing and responding to marketing messages that are relevant to them. Miles can be earned with your choice of major U.S. and international airlines, including our charter sponsors Continental Airlines®, Delta Air Lines®, Northwest Airlines®, or US Airways®.

Oops. Just noticed Pat H mentioned this site already. Oh well.

Thanks for the hotspex site. Didn't know about that one.

I too, am stuck with a few points from several airlines (Northwest, American and US Air as well as Hawaiian and Aloha) because I have booked several free flights using my Score Rewards and usually don't get to pick the airline although I do ask. I went to points.com and didn't see a way to combine mine because all are currently 17k or less. Some are only 1000. We are headed to Hawaii in November and this time were booked on Continential. That adds yet another airline. Suggestions?:wall: :wall: :wall:

Use your NWA FF # for the CO flights to Hawaii. NWA & CO are partners.

Pat, I WILL do that. Thank you. By the way, is there any way to get my Hawaiian miles already earned moved over to Northwest?

miles

You can use points.com to move your miles but you will take a severe beating. They transfer at a rate of maybe 10 or 8 to 1. Remember, these miles are loyalty programs. The airlines don't want you to move your points from program to program- that's not loyalty. The only reason you can interchange between NW and CO is that they are Skyteam members along with Air Francem, etc.

Another possibility is you can go to webflyer.com and see how miles can be transfered to other programs. However, this often involves a loss of miles and is not always possible. Look at the lower right hand corner to use this function.
