Saw a rare 3-night EOY timeshare on eBay. The listing says you can trade it with II, but how come?

To answer your trade question, Westgate resales can only use your home resort with Westgate, no internal Westgate trades. If you want a trade then Interval is the only option. I don't know how well these partial week contracts trade in Interval and you would have to pay for a membership, I don't think it's covered by the maintenance fees. HGVC manages the resort and owns a large block of the units, but there are still these old Westgate contracts around.
