FREE 8500 Annual Diamond Resorts Points in the Premier Vacation Club Collection. This is a Deeded week at Los Abrigados Resort and Spa in Sedona Arizona. All 8500 points are available for use in 2012 and can be used to book vacation time at the following resorts:

If you use the point saver option to book (booking within 2 months of the current date) you can book for ½ the points and there is plenty of availability this year at many of the resorts. Using the point saver option could get you up to 4 weeks of vacation time this year depending on the size of the accommodations you need. Using point saver most studio accommodations can be booked for less than 2000 points for a week. Most 1 bedrooms can be booked for 2500-3000 points for a week and most 2 bedrooms can be booked for 4250. Regular booking outside of the 2 months would be double the points listed above. The 8500 points would generally get you a full week in a 2 bedroom deluxe room when booked further in advance. Diamond also offers a club option that is non-transferrable so you would need to negotiate with them if you were interested in this. This option would add about 27 other resorts from around the world. 2012 maintenance fees were paid in the amount of $1,142.95.
Here is the deal. I will put $700.00 towards the closing of this deal. The resort charges approximately $250.00 for the transfer and the Coconino County recorder charges $12 to record the deed ($10 for deed and $2 for Affidavit of Property Value if required). I work for a title company in Arizona and am capable of creating a Deed that is acceptable to the resort for transferring of the property. If you take this option then the remaining money (approximately $435) would be yours for spending money on your vacation. If you would rather we can use any of the TUG recommended escrow services to handle the closing. This would reduce the amount for your pocket to approximately $135-$185.
