All SMB units are RTU. The resort is affiliated with II. The transfer fee is pretty high, but the the OP is offering the week for free.

I own two fixed weeks at the resort. I can't remember what the current transfer fee is, but it would be comparable to Plantation Village. The RTU ends in 2091. The units are good sized and were all renovated after Ivan.
