We love our family vacations at Bluegreen resorts. Last year, however, I survived the "widow maker" and we can't travel as much as we have in the past. So we are giving away three timeshare properties to minimize expenses (buyer pays transfer fees).

Maintenance Fee: In 2025 Paid, $631.20

Trust E - Base Rate & Club Dues: $562.00

Total Cost: Buyer only pays for full transfer fee and assumes future fees/dues.

Points: We have all 6,000 points for 2025 available for until November 31, 2025 and they will transfer with the property.
