I’m new here and could use any information about my issue.

I purchased Bluegreen in Las Vegas on March 21 NV, states I have 5 days up until midnight to rescission. I have my letter typed ready to mail in the morning if it’s postmarked on the 5th day is it fine. The thing is it’s Sunday my 5th day I will have to FedEx it or UPS it. I hope this will work. Does anyone have any other helpful information?

Your back is up against the wall and you really have no choice as to what you can do.

Here is what I would do today: Send it out via overnight service via a private carrier (i.e. UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.).

And then here is what I would do tomorrow; Go to the Post Office and rescind again via REGISTERED MAIL.. Include an explanation that you sent it today (provide the private carrier Company and tracking number). Further explain that you were unable to obtain a USPS Postmark on a Sunday and this is exactly why you are rescinding twice.

As I say, you have no choice in the matter given the circumstances. Throw the ball into their court and see how they deal with it.

Maintain copies and receipts for EVERYTHING which you do today and tomorrow. This documentation may come in handy should you need to contact PROFECO in the future.

Best of luck, Welcome to TUG, and make a return posting to inform us of the outcome!

I did send it today I have proof of sale, tracking #, took a picture of the receipt with the envelope with all the postage information.
I also found a fax# 1-561-912-7991
on one of the many pages on contract BS.

It took 6 times for it to finally not have an error massage and went through I have paper and email confirmation of this.

Also I found the Nevada State Public Offering Statement Disclaimer which states that we have til midnight on the 5th calendar day to cancel. It also states that Bluegreen most have a sales agent or project broker review and sign this disclaimer, they NEVER reviewed it or had us sign it.
