Has anybody else seen this auction on ebay? Mf's of around $24000 annually.

Would this be a good option for those who want to use a timeshare as a full time/part time retirement home, with the ability to stay where they want?

Quick math shows you can stay in a 1 BR suite year round with maid service. What do you guys and gals think?

I have no connection to the auction. I just have never seen a multimillion point auction before!
