4BR Presidential Unit at Ocean Walk

There's one available starting April 1st for a full week.

I don't think I've ever seen a 4BR Pres unit available there. It's a handicap unit.

It costs 400K points. I have 36K available and can't cancel reservations until the daytime listing page comes back.

If I had really wanted the unit, I wouldn't have posted about the availability.

I wonder how much different is the 4BR Pres handicap unit compared to the non-HC unit. Are all four baths HC-modified? What else?
