Looking at the room layouts it shows the 3 bedroom to have more square footage. Has anyone stayed in both these rooms to let me know if it is worth it to go with the 4 bedroom
My only compliant on the Bay View units is that the highway noise is loud with the Bay View facing units, making the patio not so appealing. Harbour view units might be a bit quieter, as they do not directly face the traffic.
I've stayed in both units...I do like the views from the 4 bedroom, however, as has been stated, the 4th bedroom is an odd-shaped room with bunk beds which is great for young kids (mine loved it!). The patios on the 4 bedroom are splendid!

Harbor View units face east. Balconies are in shade starting mid-day sometime, depending on the time of year. That can be good or bad -- depends on what you like.
My favorites are units ending in 03 and 04. Photos attached were taken from a unit ending in 03. Don't recall the floor -- 6 or 7, maybe.
I think staff told me in 2018 that Wyndham owners would never get units ending in 05, 06, 25, or 26. That seems no longer to be the case.
I dont have a video of the 3 bedroom there (I started doing videos not long ago) but, i would say they are more spacious, yes. That 4th bedroom really seems to take away a lot of space.
The three bedroom deluxe pool view is not the same as the three bedroom plus bay view. Deluxe has small bunk bed room. Plus harbor or bay view has standard third bedroom with queen bed.
I have stayed here a lot. The 4br has the same living space as far as I am concerned but you get an extra sleeping quarter. The need for this obviously depends on if you need another bedroom. The balcony is MUCH nicer at least triple the size of the other balconies. the kitchen and living area is about the same as far as I remember maybe a bit larger on the 4.
