3BR Villas at Fairway on hold for summer 09

I have this unit on hold (11/17) for my brother and his family. I know the 3BR units are very nice....we have stayed in them several years back (on "getaways"). However, I have not been to this resort, (Tree Tops/ Fernwood), in several years...and was wondering if the ammenities, especially the pool areas, have been remodeled or improved? This is the first time I have seen a 3BR available in the prime summer months, so I placed it on hold right away. If anyone has been to this resort recently, could you please give me some info? Thanks.

Never mind....I'm releasing the week...my brother already has a vacation scheduled for that week.
