$30 off RCI Exchange Fee

Per the representative on the RCI/Club Wyndham line: RCI promotion is giving $30 off the Exchange Fee if you call in to confirm the reservation instead of confirming online. Works for multiple units.

So my fee was $209 per unit instead of $239.
 
What were your dates? I have seen that but it was only for travel up to Nov 1 booked by 10/31
 
Does the discount apply if I call to start a search instead of doing it online?
