3 day Starwood II priority gone???

So my friend got one of those WKORV weeks with Foxrun within 6 hours of the bulk bank appearing. So is that a "powerful" trader that should overcome the 3 day priority??

Nope, I would say it is a 'glitch' - because I know FXR owners who didn't get the exchange until the 3 days were up.

Starwood owners noticed the preference period long before there was a TS4Ms! Stick around this place long enough and it's like a giant time warp!!

There used to be a dedicated II board here on TUG. The II rep, Craig U (Senior VP at II before he left to start his own business), acknowledged the Starwood preference -- circa 2003. But, Craig specifically stated that he was not at liberty to discuss the terms (i.e. length of the preference period). It didn't take long (trial and error, searching with Starwood and non-Starwood units, as described by Pat above) to figure it that it is normally 3 days.

My guess is that Pit's post (above) is correctly stating the situation.
