3 BR at grand luxxe nuevo

We managed to secure a 3br trading into GL in May. Does anyone know if this is the same floor plan as the spa tower 3br, or what it is?

How do these compare to the 2BR lockoff?

Anyone around May 13 to 27 in Nuevo and want to meet up?

It could be, but I'm not sure. I do know that they have built some 3-bedroom units that do not have a second floor like the Spa Tower 3-bedroom units - all bedrooms were on the same level. They were trying to get us to upgrade to that in November 2014. Since we did not, I do not have a picture of the floor plan.

Thanks Phyllis, the only thing that worries me is if they try to put is into the Grand Luxxe Villa, first floor plan http://grandluxxeresidence.com/floor-plans/ in which the description states that there is a second sitting area which can be used as a BR.

I'm really hoping they put is in the 3BR spa suite with the two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. I've emailed the concierge with my confirmation and I hope he will be able to clarify.

To give you some encouragement, we were assigned a top floor corner 3BR spa unit for two weeks last fall. It stated 3BRS on the exchange confirmation. The suite was absolutely AMAZING! Hands down, the nicest unit we've ever stayed in, and the staff was superb.

I just looked at your dates. I asked my DH last week if he wanted to go back down to Grand Luxxe next May (I saw those units sitting in Interval). It's a great time to be in PV, because of Restaurant Week (the last two weeks of May). All the best restaurants in the area offer 3-course meals for around $14 or $25(USD).

The concierge confirmed it's the spa 3BR - 2 kings, 2 doubles. Now I am crazy excited.
