You can get a feel for the view differences in this diagram. 3BRs are purple. I understand the balconies in Napili are a wee bit larger and allow for a lounger.

This is the tie breaker for me, the larger Napili balconies that allows for 2 lounge chairs.I understand the balconies in Napili are a wee bit larger and allow for a lounger.
