2BR Penthouse at HHV

All,

Can TUGgers comment on the 2BR Penthouse units at HHV?

Size of the units/quality of the layout/are they good lanais?

There's one on eBay right now -- while I don't need a 2BR PH at HHV, it does make me wonder if these are a significant step up from the 2BR+.

I suspect this think will have a reserve of approx $25K+, so will be interesting to see where/if it closes.

Someone posted pictures from a visit last week. Not the same type lanai, they are 2 story with view windows. We didn't like the staircase when we tried one, prefer the OF front stack of 2Br.

The 24th floor has a sort of "wrap-around lanai" with partitions for each of the units.

This is what bugs me

The pictures may not match what is being sold, buyer beware.

It was the same buying from developer, all the the model units were Ocean Front OF designation, but they pitch you the cheaper back corner view.

This PH may have a nice view of the GW tower, how will you know before bidding?

Since it's a 2-bedroom PH unit, you know it won't be oceanfront.

Only units G and H (both 3-bedroom) are OF.

But whether your 2-bedroom PH unit will have a view of the GW Tower or of
Diamond Head will depend on what you are assigned at check-in.
