21 maintenance fees/extra fees

I'm just curious what other resort companies have done in response to Covid in regards to extra assessment fees or increased MF?
Welk MF stayed at it's already 4% increase in MF.

My five deeds varied from a 3.7% increase to a 0.3% decrease, so not really much different than most years (yes, I have had slight decreases in the past).

Is there a list of Welk MF for 2021? wondering how much is the MF for 240k points.
