Everything I see says he’s expected to play tomorrow. No matter what, I hope he recovers completely.

Dodgers on brink of World Series win after umpire halts Yankees rally with awful call

Richard

C’mon, really? It was a ball/ strike call. These are close judgment calls made by the home plate umpire dozens of times per game.

The source of this clickbait story was a website called Dodgerway!? Pretty independent, huh?

Go Dodgers!

Last nights game was fun to watch, from the fan grabbing the ball out of the glove, to the Yankee's comeback later in the game..

A friend of my father's worked for the Dodgers in L.A. I think he may have been their treasurer. I remember Dad taking me to my first baseball game and going up to his friend's [huge] office ahead of time. I haven't lived in Southern California for years but the Dodgers will always be my team. My first game was probably around 1962.

Never, said never in sports. That is just an incentive to play harder as as underdog team. IMHO
