i don't have dues this year, other than $299 for 2024 club dues (Max). My points and MF come in the odd years (2 EOY deeds).

Using the TUGBBS MF database I was hoping to be able to look by resorts and see which had larger change in MF's over the past year. However, inconsistent formats for each year and missing data points didn't make this as useful a source. Data inconsistencies were resolved as best I could:
  1. Hilton changed the values for points in last couple of years. So I adjusted the point values to make them consistent across the years.
  2. Names of resorts were inconsistent, example "Eagles Nest Beach Resort", "Eagle Nest Beach", "Eagles Nest" and "Eagle Beach Resort" are all the same, but listed differently. So I scrubbed those and made resort names consistent.
  3. And don't get me started on unit type--- lol, 1BR, 1 BR, 1-BR, 1BD, etc.... now made consistent for reporting.
In the end I ended up with few consistent data points from 2017 to 2024 (or 2023 for that matter). Definitely not as complete as I would have liked to see the cumulative % of change by resort. Thought I'd share the summary should anyone find it useful to look across resorts over the past 7 years based on the data in the TUGBBS MF database.

Last year's post shows that total 2023 MF were $1496.27. That works out to be an increase of $59.28 or 3.96% over 2023 MF.

On the HGVC side the MF are exactly the same for legacy members as Max members. The MF are set by the HOA

Lower percentage increase compared to many others. Makes me sad I only have the one and lost so many others to ROFR.
So do you think it’s a good deal to own at enclave with 1 bedroom premier
