You must be in Phase I (at least I think there are only two phases). Remember the RE Taxes for FL TS are different for different seasons but the OE and RF are the same.

Oddly other documents I have in my HOA show Phase II. So I don't think it is phase I.

I need some more information to figure out which Crane unit these MFs are for. Crane has the most complicated MFs (along with the various room options) in the HGVC system. @lds337, helped last year by sending me the budget report. To my knowledge, there are no OF units (or more specifically designated OF units) at The Crane. I am thinking that you own 1BP, 1Bedroom Ocean View Deluxe (one key item at The Crane is pool type or no pool), 16,800 pts platinum season. So please confirm, thanks.

The budget report most likely won’t be out yet. You will find it when available on the HOA document page. How many gold pts do you get?

That’s a $31.91 (3.60%) increase over last year’s MF’s ($885.18).

Lower percentage increase compared to many others. Makes me sad I only have the one and lost so many others to ROFR.

Can you add all of your data to rofr.net db? maybe I didn't see it. Correct, I have to pay a lot also to get my Ocean Oak platinum season OF through Stand rofr. The salesperson couldn't believe that I was able to get it to pass (neither did I, but the salesperson never asked the price).
 
Yikes, Marriott's MF are going up about 15%! I'm glad we're not reporting those types of increases.

Prior to 2024, my average annual increase has been about 4%

Largest increase by far since my resale purchase in 2010.
