[2023 Update] Kauai Beach Villas Maintenance Fee Bills?

I was thinking of our Dolphin's Cove bill - sorry.
 
I used the phone number and spoke with a human (Amanda on 12/9/2020 if that matters). They know the website is not functioning for KBV.
The automated payment-by-phone system is also not working, and they know it. I had my invoice in front of me this morning, and I entered the info they asked for 5 separate times, rejected as "Invalid" all 5 times. According to the pleasant woman I spoke to when I called back and chose the talk-to-a-human option, when KBV "returned to us (Wyndham)" last year, the database didn't repopulate correctly.

FWIW, the phone # for Wyndham Kauai Owner Services is 866-523-8477. Choose option # 2 for finances, but at the next step, don't bother with automated - there's a further option for a human.

Yep, that's what I'm trying now. The first time I got disconnected after being on hold for ~15 minutes. Trying again...

Both website and the automated phone system do not work. I spent some time today trying to pay via KBV phone number listed in the maintenance bill 866-523-8477. Look like @magmue just reported the same. Call the number, option 2, then 4, will get you to human help.

I hope someone gets this, as this is an old thread. Has anyone gotten 2023 bill? I haven't and don't know who to contact. Thank you!
 
I have not seen any yet. I emailed the new General Manager and told her that I don't want to pay maintenance for a unit that I can not use and the proposed assessment is totally out of the question for me. The more people who email her, the more they will listen to us..

I received our MF bills yesterday - dated 11/28/22.

2 bedroom OF = $1,837.89

Annual MF $946.34
Annual Reserve Fee: $355.14
AOAO: $536.41
ARDA: $10

I did not check their numbers, but the enclosed letter says the increase is 1.9% over 2022.

There is a poor quality page of pictures depicting events and maintenance projects.

No mention of the major resort issues.

The question is (1) what percentage of owners are paying them with the non-use issue and special assessment looming; and (2) how does that compound the bad debt reserve/issue for 2023?

This is really tough for owners to pay in good faith with all of the issues that our outstanding.
 
We paid ours, because I deposited the 2023 weeks in RCI. It's too soon to say what we will do in the future.
