[2023] Mayflower - Lounge Access?

Loved having the access to the concierge lounge when staying at Mayflower in years past.

Have been staying at the District since HGVC opened up their timeshare for the past few years. It is about a block over from the Mayflower. Because we own at the District, we get access to owners lounges on all our stays regardless if it is booked with points or exchanges. Since it is an Embassy suites you get access to the breakfast and Happy hour drinks and access to thr owners lounge for snacks. Pre covid there was a continental breakfast and evening wines in the owners lounge. I do not know if by Hilton Club has brought that back recently.

Hilton Club brought back the breakfast and evening drinks/buffet in the owners lounge sometime last year. We prefer staying there because of that.

I prefer the Junior Suite. It has a separate living room with a dining table, small refrigerator, and a sofa with pullout bed. It also has two full bathrooms; the real plus.
Do you know if the Jr. Suite has coffee maker or plates/ utensils? Have 5 nites booked in early 2024.

My recollection from our last stay in 2022 is that the Jr. Suite does have a coffee maker; not sure about plates/utensils.

The Jr. Suite has a coffee maker and small frig. No plates or utensils. There is a dining table with four chairs.

Thanks. Very good to know.

Bumping to check if there are any recent experiences regarding lounge/breakfast? (I expect lounge isn't coming back, but worth checking)

We stayed last October, no access to the lounge. In the morning by the elevator they put out pastries, and there is coffeemaker and tea. In the afternoon there were snacks, water, soda. We had stayed previously when there was lounge access, which was a nice perk.

The lounge is gone gone (according to front desk staff). If you are Platinum or above and stay on the hotel side they continue to provide $27/guest (up to 2 guests) at Edgar for breakfast. If you stay on the MVC floor they put out pastries, tea/coffee, snacks, and water/soda (as @jellen613 wrote) but no longer provide a breakfast credit at Edgar.

Gotta say that Hilton does it better over at The District if you're an owner there. The owners lounge is pretty decent.
